LIFE COACHING

  • What is Life Coaching?
    Have you ever felt stuck in a rut? Do you feel like you're going around in circles? Ever felt completely overwhelmed? Unfulfilled? Unbalanced? Lost? Life Coaching is all about getting you to where you want to be. ​ It is a reflective practice which allows you to become aware of how you have been living your life. We can discover habits or patterns that have been holding you back and work on ways to break them. Together, we can work on letting go of what is holding you back and discover ways to unleash your full potential. ​ Life Coaching is a way of accepting the past and looking forward to the future. The past of course can shape us into who we are today, but it does not have to define you. We can take what we need from our past experiences, and learn to let go of what is no longer serving us. In Life Coaching we can explore ways to create new outlooks and perspectives on life.
  • What can Life Coaching help with?
    Anything. ​ Any area of your life that you feel stuck in. Even if you are unsure of what area but just feel out of balance somehow, we can work on that. To start with I often send out a 'Life Balance' workbook to assist you in identifying areas of your life that may need extra work. ​ Once we have defined what areas may need balancing, then we can get to work. It may be that you are feeling unfulfilled in your current job, or that you are struggling with relationships. Maybe you are having trouble with yourself, emotionally or mentally. Whatever aspect of your life, I am here to guide you through.
  • What can I offer?
    In the sessions that I offer I bring in my background of Psychology, Life Coaching, NLP, Yoga and Meditation. Nothing in life is ever straight forward, therefore I feel integrating these different practices is a great way to open up different avenues. ​ We start with a free 30 minute chat, just to see if and how we can work together. From there it is completely up to you how you decide to structure your sessions. Often, people decide on a 1 hour session every week. This can be done via Zoom, Skype or even just emails if you prefer. ​ From there we work together. You are in charge. I am here to offer you different alternatives, different perspectives, different ways of looking at your life. I am here to listen, to guide and be here without judgement. ​ You may like your session just to talk, to let it all out. Or you may not be quite sure what to say, in that case I will always be prepared with different exercises for you to work on. I have a wide range of workbooks and questions to help you to dig a little deeper and explore ways to move forwards. If what you are working on is too painful, then perhaps we take time to meditate or even physically release some tension with yoga. ​ After each session I will give you something to work on, a little bit of 'homework' let's say. This will be tailored to you and what you are working on. Between sessions I am always here via email if you need anything. ​ You are in control of how many sessions you need, you can increase or reduce whenever necessary. We work towards something in the sessions, once we have reached it, you can either end the sessions or work towards another goal.

'Get Back On Track'

One-to-one Life Coaching Sessions

​

The 'Get Back On Track' is a one off session to help you, well, get back on track! This is ideal if you have been feeling a little bit stuck recently and need a bit of encouragement to get you going. You could think of it as a 'power hour' to get down into the nitty gritty, dig deep and see what is holding you back. It is very a personal process and can range from a wide variety of life aspects such as;

  • Finding out what might be holding you back.

  • Helping to find balance within your life.

  • Ways to look at issues from different perspectives.

  • Working out and setting goals.

  • Exploring ways to achieve your goals.

​

After our session I will give you some things to work on, depending on what we have discussed in our call, I will then send a few follow up emails to check you are still on the right track after which you can either book in for another or just keep on heading in the right direction.

Setting and Keeping Boundaries

This is an online 1:1 programme aiming to have one coaching call a week to really get you immersed. This programme is for you, so if your schedule is busy then don't worry we can find a way to make it acheivable for you. Over the 6 sessions we will work on:

  • Introduction - laying the groundwork.

  • What boundaries you want to work on.

  • Burnouts - saying 'yes' when you mean 'no'.

  • Values - finding out what is important to you.

  • Releasing old and out of date boundaries.

  • Next steps - how to move forwards.
