Since the beginning of 'Lockdown' I have been offering online Zoom Yoga classes. All classes are by donation (only if you can). We have a wonderful crew already and we would love for you to join!

It's super easy and all the family can join. Once we start the session I mute everyone, so even if you have noisy kids at home, no problem. You are also welcome to turn off your camera if you'd rather not be seen.
